Return policy

At Corerater, we strive to ensure that every customer is fully satisfied with their purchase.
Please read our return and refund policy carefully before making a purchase.


1. Return Eligibility

We offer a 30-day return policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your order to request a return.

To be eligible for a return:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, unwashed, and in the same condition that you received it.

  • It must include all original packaging, tags, and proof of purchase (such as an order confirmation or receipt).

Please note:
Certain exclusive or made-to-order products may not be eligible for return or refund. These include limited editions or customized pieces that are produced after an order is placed.


2. How to Request a Return

Once your request is reviewed, we will send you detailed instructions and the correct return shipping address via email.
⚠️ Do not return your item to the original shipping address on the package — unauthorized returns will not be accepted or refunded.


3. Return Shipping Costs

  • The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless the item arrived damaged or incorrect.

  • We do not charge any handling or restocking fees for accepted returns.

  • We recommend using a trackable shipping service or purchasing shipping insurance, as we cannot guarantee receipt of items lost in transit.


4. Refund Conditions

After your returned item is received and inspected, we will notify you by email whether your refund has been approved.
If approved:

  • The refund will be issued to your original payment method.

  • Please allow 5–10 business days for your bank or credit card provider to process the refund.

Refunds will not be granted in the following cases:

  • The order did not arrive due to incorrect shipping information provided by the customer.

  • The item is not returned in its original condition.

  • The customer sends back an item without prior return authorization.


5. Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us within 7 days of receipt.
Provide clear photos of the product and packaging so that we can evaluate and resolve the issue promptly (replacement or refund may apply).


6. Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns for:

  • Customized or personalized items

  • Underwear or personal wear items (for hygiene reasons)

  • Gift cards or sale/clearance items

  • Items marked as “final sale”


7. Cancellations

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase if they have not yet been processed or shipped.
Once shipping begins, cancellation is no longer possible.
